Have you ever researched the competition for "spectacular web design" vertical? I have. When not waging personal SEO vendettas against frivolous competitors, I can be found, coffee in hand, mapping out an SEO strategy, writing CSS, or removing rounded corner diagonal gradiants from Illustrator files.
I built my first website because I wanted to be cool, and therefore would need an official fan site. My fan base grew from mom to aunt, but the web design had stuck. I ended my opera career and took up design. I graduated from LSU with a BFA in graphic design and a minor in video games (I wish). By this time I was working for Frye/Wiles and stuck around. It's during my time here that I've discovered my passion for SEO.
I'm basically a yuppie. I rock climb, ride mountain bikes, own a hacky sack, and at one time had long hair. Most importantly I own a Saab (rest in piece my '84 900). My long-term goal is to own a prefabricated home in Seattle, were I can host Guitar Hero XIV competitions. I have an odd obsession with obscure URL names and random web ideas.
