Full Browser Flash Design

Full Browser Flash Design

Flash development can easily circumvent the limitations of of traditional HTML/CSS layout. Things like animation and interactivity are much easier to accomplish with Flash. This is especially true with full browser Flash. A great example of that would be our staff page. Full browser Flash was used to lend more freedom to the overall design and animation of the page. This style of Flash used is the perfect way to kick your website presentation up a notch or two.

Not Your Grandfathers Flash

Full browser Flash is not the same as a flash box floating in the middle of a web page. Full browser Flash is as it sounds, meaning that no matter the size of the monitor, the site will adjust accordingly. Full Browser Flash treats your browser window as a stage of sorts, allowing for interactive elements to fly in from the sides of the window and position relative to the size of the browser. This can be great for times when you really need to wow your clients, such as new product launches. This is maximum immersion in the user experience on the web.

Full browser Flash design is not always the best solution for your website, however. For a content driven site, any text in Flash will not be easily searchable by Google or other search engines, and thus is not recommended. However, if all your web traffic is going to be from direct URL entry or from other websites linking to you, then it's not as much of an issue. Using small Flash elements in your site could provide that extra amount of pizzazz that you're looking for in a content-heavy website.
