Backwards Compatability
What happens when your users' browsers aren't as technically equipped as your site requires? Typically, things blow up in a big, spectacular way, and, users may struggle till the point of frustration, but ultimately, they are on their way never to return again. This can happen for any number of reasons, but there are three prime instances where this can be avoided, all of which Frye / Wiles is prepared to tackle.
Multiple browser support is a common compliant and is addressed through our standard cross-browser support practices. The other two offenders are JavaScript and CSS, and what happens when they are not supported or even disabled. The percentage of users that have these two key features disabled is small, but they're still part of your user-base. When JavaScript goes missing, Frye / Wiles always has a backup plan. It may not be as fancy, but similar functionality is always provided in the traditional way to give each user the same features. Now, what to do without the magic of CSS? As a rule of thumb, every page we create is constructed in such a way that all content is still accessible, and the site is always navigable with or without CSS. Not bad, huh?
